How to restore deleted files on Windows XP?

Hard drives are used to store data in the form of files and folders. Step 1: Download and install Recover File Recovery software (Windows) and run the software by double clicking the shortcut icon on the desktop or by selecting the icon by START MENU -> PROGRAMS. Step 2:Select “Recover Deleted files” options for recovering files on Windows XP drive or partition as shown in Figure 2

Step 3: A new window displays the detected physical and logical drives as shown in Figure 3. Select the drive from which you need to retrieve files as shown in Figure 3 and click "NEXT"

Step 4: Once you click on next, the software starts scanning process to restore deleted or lost files from Windows XP hard drive. Once the scanning is completed the recovered data can be viewed using Data View or File Type View as show in Figure 4

Step 5:“Preview” option helps you preview recovered files before saving it as shown in Figure 5

Step 6: You can save your scanned information by using “Save Recovery Session” and later once you activate or download full version of the software you can open scanned information by using “Open Recovery Session” option as shown in Figure 6
